Vascular imaging techniques have revolutionized the way we diagnose and differentiate between various types of lymphomas. In CDFI, the resistance index (RI) proved to be a determining factor in distinguishing between invasive and indolent lymphomatous lymph nodes.
AngioPLUSTM offered superior blood flow performance and diagnostic sensitivity compared to CDFI. In CEUS, differences between the two groups in necrosis and arrival time (ATM) were statistically significant. When CDFI was combined with CEUS, the diagnostic sensitivity reached an impressive 98.1%, highlighting the potential of these imaging techniques in accurately identifying different types of lymphomas.
