With over 35 years of experience, O’Neill currently holds the position of supervisor of radiology ultrasound at Mount Sinai West, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she leads a team of 10 staff members and oversees various aspects of the department’s operations.

O’Neill’s career trajectory began in 1988 at Lutheran Medical Center, where she initially worked as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (R.D.M.S.) before advancing to supervisory roles at Park Avenue Radiologists P.C. and Park West Radiology. During her tenure at Park West Radiology, O’Neill collaborated with renowned pathologists and radiologists, Dr. Grace Yang and Dr. Albert Messina, in performing Fine Needle Aspirations (FNA) for immediate patient diagnosis.
