1. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to ASA members who renew online
3. The ASA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. The promotion commences on Monday 10 May 2010 and concludes at 11.59pm EST on Wednesday 30 June 2010.
How to enter
1. ASA members who renew their membership online will be granted a single entry in the weekly prize draw. Only respondents that fully complete and submit payment for their membership renewal online will go into the prize draw.
2. The ASA accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
3. The ASA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site in relation to this competition. If the competition is not capable of being conducted due to any technical or communications problems, the ASA reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition subject to approval from any relevant authority.
Prize
1. The weekly prize draws will be conducted at 10am on Monday 17 May, 24 May, 31 May, 7 June, 14 June, 21 June, 28 June and 1 July 2010 at the ASA National Office by random selection.
2. The winner will be notified by email. Winners names will be published on the ASA website and in the June and July issues of e-mode. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. In the event that the winner of the prize cannot be contacted by email or has not claimed the prize within 3 months of the prize being awarded, the winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the ASA will choose and publish another winner according to the same procedure above.
